You know what’s scary to a photographer? Photographing another photographer’s family…especially if you admire their work. Erica D had shot my own family photos two weeks prior and delivered a straight up kick ass gallery that my husband and I are absolutely dying over. To say I felt pressure would be an understatement. So what’s a nervous photographer to do? Clearly rap the Dr. Dre portion of “No Diggity” next to a dumpster to pump yourself up.

Erica has the cutest daughters I ever did see, and the cherry on top was that they brought their newest family member, Bernadoodle Darby! We couldn’t have asked for a better sunset, and all in all I think it was a success. Please note how 7 year old Talia crushes the hat game in the images below. I’m jealous of a 7 year old.
